We're on the hunt for an Office Administrator to to join the Tom Raffield Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast paced dynamic team.

Primary Objectives & Primary Objectives

Reporting to the Sales Coordinator, the Office Administrator will carry out admin tasks relating to Customer Services, Purchasing, General Management and events.

The office administrator will provide essential support in the smooth running of the Tom Raffield office. They will facilitate the effective management of the day to day business through their organisational, time management and IT skills.

Main Duties:

·         Main point of contact for the office and responsibility for covering additional phones lines as needed.

·         Inputting and processing website and telephone orders.

·         Dealing with customer queries both on the telephone and via email.

·         Sales data entry and sense checking copy.

·         Assist with HR admin tasks and event planning.

·         General office admin tasks and office purchasing.

·         Any other ad hoc tasks as required.


The successful candidate will:

·         Have excellent organisation and time management skills.

·         Be a confident person with an excellent telephone manner and professional but personable character.

·         Have exceptional literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

·         Show proficiency working with Microsoft Office package.

·         Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and diplomatically, verbally and in writing.

·         Work with meticulous attention to detail.

·         Can work independently, manage time effectively and prioritise workload under pressure.

·         Be passionate and committed to contributing towards a growing company.

·         Be a quick learner and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic team.
