The Tom Raffield team is thrilled to have been honoured an award by Walpole for Best Emerging Luxury British Brand at the British Luxury Awards last night.
Founders and designers Tom and Danielle Raffield accepted the award on behalf of the team, standing shoulder to shoulder with Bentley, Chatsworth, Farfetch, Glenmorangie, Gucci, Jaguar Land Rover, Johnstons of Elgin, Kingsman & MR PORTER and MATCHESFASHION.COM – all of whom were presented awards by Catherine Zeta-Jones, CBE at the 16th annual ceremony held at The Dorchester, Mayfair.
The award follows Tom Raffield’s selection as one of Walpole’s Brands of Tomorrow and a 12-month mentorship programme steering us on course to become one of the leaders in our field and the luxury market. Recognising its commitment to nurturing the next generation of luxury brands, the Brands of Tomorrow Award for Emerging Talent was also presented to our friends and fellow Brands of Tomorrow alumni Aurelia Probiotic Skincare, House of Hackney and Seedlip (pictured below) – all of which were identified by the judging panel as new British brands with the potential for success on a global scale.
Currently in its 25th year, Walpole promotes, protects and develops the unique qualities of UK luxury through its mentoring programmes, events, research and public affairs with the British government and in Europe. Since its inception in 2001, the Walpole British Luxury Awards has brought together CEOs and creatives from Britain’s longstanding and emerging luxury companies to celebrate the success of the exceptional brands, experiences and individuals that make British luxury the world leader it is today.
Danie Raffield says: "It's an incredible honour to know that these piers believe we have the potential to be up there with such iconic British luxury brands. It's all down to our incredible team who share our passion for innovative sustainable design and craftsmanship, and who work extremely hard to make sure everything from the quality of our products to the service we provide is so very, very good."
