SKIPPER PORTABLE TABLE LIGHT COMPETITION

1. Entries can only be made via the promotional page at tomraffield.com or our social media channels.
2. Entries open at 10am BST on 18th September 2024 and close at 10am BST on 2nd October 2024.
3. Three winners will be drawn at random from all completed, legible entries and notified via email (as provided when entering) or social media message (on the platform on which they entered) within one working day of the closing date. The winner must reply to the message within 48 hours in order to confirm acceptance of their prize. Should the prize not be claimed within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected at random and again contacted by email. By entering the competition, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. If the winner declines the prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
4. The prize winner agrees to the use of their name for promotional purposes.
5. The competition prize is one of three Tom Raffield Skipper Portable Table Lights.
6. You must be 18 or over to enter.
7. Entrants who enter via the on-site form agree to join the Tom Raffield newsletters (stipulated by competition entry requirements). You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in the emails received. Personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
9. If we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
10. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Tom Raffield Ltd and their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. Entries in the incorrect format will not be considered. Once entered, entries cannot be returned or withdrawn.
11. Entries received after the competition closing date and time will not be counted. Tom Raffield do not accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to any technical fault.
