Terms and Conditions

  • To enter the competition, you will need to visit the entry page at www.tomraffield.com, enter your details and submit your entry. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per user. Access to a valid address, the internet and an email account are required to enter.
  • Entries open at 9am GMT on Monday 10th March 2025 and close at 9am GMT on Monday 17th March 2025. Any entries submitted outside these time will not be included.
  • One winner will be drawn at random from all completed, legible entries and notified via email (the same email they provided when entering) within one working day of the closing date. The winner must reply to the email (media@tomraffield.com) within 48 hours in order to confirm acceptance of their prize. Should the prize not be claimed within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected at random and again contacted by email.
  • By entering the competition, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. If the winner declines the prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
  • The prize winner agrees to the use of their name for promotional purposes.
  • The competition prize is a £150 voucher to spend at tomraffield.com and a 2 x Newlyn Art Gallery & The Exchange Art Lover Passes.
  • The Art Lover Pass is valid for 12 months from activation. Competition winner must activate Art Lover Pass within 6 months from day of winner announcement. No cash alternative. Non-transferable but can be gifted upon enquiry. Cafe voucher must be redeemed within 6 months of 17/03/25.
  • You must be 18 or over to enter.
  • Entrants agree to join the Tom Raffield and Newlyn Art Gallery & The Exchange's newsletters (stipulated by competition entry requirements). You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in the emails received. Personal data will be processed in line with the privacy policies of Tom Raffield Ltd and Newlyn Art Gallery Ltd
  • The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  • If Tom Raffield or Newlyn Art Gallery & The Exchange are unable to provide some or all elements the stated prize, they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
  • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Tom Raffield, Newlyn Art Gallery & The Exchange and their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. Entries in the incorrect format will not be considered. Once entered, entries cannot be returned or withdrawn.
  • Entries received after the competition closing date and time will not be counted. Neither Tom Raffield nor Newlyn Art Gallery & The Exchange accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to any technical fault.
  • We will never ask entrants to follow a link that isn't directing to www.tomraffield.com, or provide any personal financial information in order to enter or claim their prize.
  • This giveaway may be posted on social channels but is in no way associated with Facebook, Instagram or X.
