Award Winning RHS Chelsea Flower Show Garden 2018
We're excited to announce that we have been awarded the highest prize of five stars for our brand new steam bent pavilion on RHS Chelsea Flower Show’s prestigious Main Avenue – the first time a furniture and lighting brand has been invited to exhibit there.
The striking pavilion which was designed and handcrafted in the Tom Raffield workshop in Cornwall, has been the centre of attention at the show this week in London. The pavilion and garden is an enthralling, sensory experience for those who wander amongst its many unfurling steam bent sections, inviting benches, archways and elegant, nature-inspired harmonising twists. The team have worked very hard to deliver a breathtaking display and it has been attracting lots of attention from visitors from across the globe and even some famous faces!
The spiralling display also showcased our brand new innovative, steam bent indoor planters from The Green Range. The new collection continues to demonstrate the brands signature curves, yet for the first time, marries traditional steam bending craftsmanship with the skilled art of ceramics. The result? A boldly unique collection of luxury, contemporary indoor planters, from Ceiling to Wall and Floor Standing designs that summon nature inside, there's something to suit every space.
The Tom Raffield garden features exquisite, carefully curated gardens designed by critically acclaimed Cornish designer, and RHS Chelsea Flower Show double gold medallist, Darren Hawkes. Soft, subtle planting of predominantly green tones are interspersed with splashes of purple and pink to recreate a calming Cornish countryside feel, reminiscent of the beautiful wild woodland surrounding the Tom Raffield studio.
